Intuitive Eating Group Coaching:

This six week tele-coaching program takes a fresh new approach to eating, weight management, and your relationship to food. Best described as the ‘non-diet’ approach, this program instills self awareness and positive choice making skills without rules, guilt, or restriction of certain foods.
