I have been working in the fitness industry for 20 years teaching a variety of group exercise classes, as well as personal training. I am certified in CPR,  Personal Training, Spin, Aquatics, and Body Pump.  I have continuing education in Core Pole Conditioning, Better Balance, Creative Programming, Core Board Training, and Resist-A-Ball.  I enjoy helping people make the connection of mind to muscle and breath to movement.   Core work and balance, along with strength and cardio, are all areas I enjoy training in and teaching about.  Fitness is a habit we all need to incorporate into our lives, and I enjoy teaching people how easy, fun and rewarding that can be!
