Shannon Swanson

Personal Trainer

Shannon Swanson has been an ACE certified personal trainer since 1998.  She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Physical Education in 1994 from the University of North Dakota which included a corporate fitness internship with Abbott Laboratories.  She has worked at several facilities throughout her fitness career including Body N Muscle in Grand Forks, ND; Abbott Laboratories in North Chicago and The Lake Forest Fitness Center in Lake Forest, IL. 

In addition to personal training, Shannon is a Medical Sales Representative for Cardinal Health, but encouraging people to get healthy will always be her passion. 

"I love when someone takes the initiative to better themselves and I will help and encourage them any way I can to achieve their goals." 

Shannon resides in Grayslake, IL with her husband, two children and their dog who give her the ultimate workout.
